Starting February 2, 2015, the processing of the Certificate on Non-Coverage (CNC) applications for Category D projects, can now be processed and issued online. This is pursuant to the Environmental Management Bureau Memorandum Circular 2015-003 (click here). The process involves logging into the EMB website, selecting the online CNC application, entering project details, answering questions to determine coverage, paying the application fee at a bank, uploading required documents, tracking status online, and ultimately printing the approved CNC.
